This is a private individual session or group session via zoom. This includes coaching/discussion on meditation prior to the session and can be customized for the client or group needs.
Custom Meditation Recording-This session is a 30 min creative session to discuss your custom meditation needs. I then will write and record (separate from our creative session) a 15-min custom meditation recording (longer meditations will be billed in 15 min increments at $111/15 min) that you will receive as an original meditation specific to you and your soul's needs. I use professional sound recording equipment and am a recording artist in meditation. Your meditation can be recorded with or without music, binary beats, etc. and this can be discussed during our session. Specific types of music may have additional costs.
As the founder of the Barre Physique Fitness Technique, I customize a challenging workout that transforms you mind, body and soul. Most individuals that practice my technique 3-4 times a week, drop 1-4 sizes in 30 days!
Stretch, myofascial release, meditation-this session is meant to align and get in tune with the body. Benefits include body alignment, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, toxin release, cellulite and fat reduction. A foam roller is needed for this session.
