This is a 20 min introductory call for us to meet and see if and how we are meant to work together. Required prior to booking a full 1:1 Soul Alchemy Session, optional for all other consulting and coaching sessions offered.
This is a 1:1 Energy Container for mirroring, shifting, manifesting and self healing. It is powerful energy work so please come ready and open to it. This is a private individual session or group session via zoom. This includes coaching/discussion on meditation prior to the session and can be customized for the client or group needs.
Custom Meditation Recording-This session is a 30 min creative session with me to discuss your custom meditation. I then will record (separate from our creative session) a 20-30 min custom recording that you will receive as an original meditation specific to you and your soul's needs.
As the founder of the Barre Physique Fitness Technique, I customize a challenging workout that transforms you mind, body and soul. Most individuals that practice my technique 3-4 times a week, drop 1-4 sizes in 30 days!
Stretch, myofascial release, meditation-this session is meant to align and get in tune with the body. Benefits include body alignment, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, toxin release, cellulite and fat reduction. A foam roller is needed for this session.
